The Central Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce CWHCC will be putting on the

CWHCC West Side - East Side Copa Soccer Spike off tournament

to be held in Yakima, WA.

The Central Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, was founded in November 2008 our mission is we are committed to excellence as we support and foster Hispanic economic development and create sustainable prosperity. We will improve relationships and partnerships between non-Hispanic and Hispanic organizations and business that serve and employ the Hispanic community. Membership is open to anyone living or working in Washington State.

Your are cordially invited to participate CWHCC West Side - East Side Copa Soccer Spike off tournament to be held in Yakima, WA.

We are expecting 16 teams will join this tournament from across Washington State to battle for three days of competition to see which team is the 2010 Copa Soccer Spike off Champion. Soccer is the most popular sport in the world and Yakima County is no exception. We plan on implementing the theme of healthy living. We will have Health & Lifestyle Information from various Health organizations.

The Yakima Valley Farm Workers clinic is our primary supporter. The Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic provides comprehensive medical, dental and social services in several Pacific Northwest communities. In Washington state, there are clinics in Toppenish, Yakima, Grandview, Wapato, Prosser, Pasco, Walla Walla, Spokane and Ellensburg. In Oregon, clinics are located in Hermiston, Portland, Woodburn and Salem.

Their staff is committed to providing high quality care for families. Here you will find healthcare professionals with a sincere interest in their patients and the communities they represent.

Joining the CWHCC efforts will be Mr. Perry Andrew Piercy owner of the Yakima Reds FC. Perry brings a wealth of soccer expertise. He has been serving as a coordinator for the Boy Scouts of America with the Soccer and Scouting program since 2005. He has been in charge of coaching teams and coordinating teams and activities at numerous elementary schools in the Yakima School District.

3rd place 500

The tournament starts on Friday October 8 & Saturday October 9 at Chesterly Park in the city of Yakima. Finals are scheduled to take place Sunday October 10, 2010 at Marquette Stadium on Sunday October 10, 2010.

Cost per team $ 450
Cost per player card $ 10
Deadline to registration is Friday September 24th, 2010

Start Friday October 8th (4PM), Saturday October 9th & End Sunday October 10th


3rd & 4th place start @ 3PM – Championship @ 5PM
